Payment and Fees Policy

This Payment and Fees Policy ("Policy") outlines how Shoply ("the App," "we," "our," or "us") charges and collects fees from merchants ("you" or "Merchant") who install and use the App and Shoply's sales services. By installing and using the App, you agree to the following terms:

1. Fixed Fees: Shopify App

  • • Shoply built an app that allows Shopify Merchants to easily list their product catalogs on Shoply's marketplace.
  • • To use this App and promote your products on Shoply's marketplace, Shopify charges a one-time installation fee and a recurring monthly subscription, which are billed directly through your Shopify account using Shopify's billing system.

2. Variable Fees: Sales Commissions (billed separately)

Management Commission

Shoply charges a flat 15% fee on the total order value generated through the Shoply affiliate network. This fee covers training, recruiting, and management of Shoply's affiliate network to generate sales for Merchants.

Salesperson Commission

Merchants may set their own salesperson commission rate within the App. This commission is a percentage of the order value generated by Shoply's salesperson network.

Important Billing Information:

  • These fees are charged to the Merchant's credit card on file directly with Shoply.
  • Charges may occur daily or weekly, at Shoply's discretion, depending on overall order volume.
  • If a commission charge fails, Shoply reserves the right to immediately suspend or terminate Merchant's listings on Shoply.com and prevent future affiliate sales until payment is resolved.

3. Refunds

All fees are non-refundable, including but not limited to installation fees, subscription fees, and Sales Commission Fees, except as required by Shopify's policies or applicable law.

4. Changes to Fees

Shoply reserves the right to update, change, or introduce new fees. Any changes will be communicated to Merchants with at least 30 days' notice. Continued use of the App after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated fees.

5. Cancellations

  • • You may cancel your subscription at any time by uninstalling the App from your Shopify store.
  • • Upon cancellation, subscription fees already paid are non-refundable, and all access to Shoply features will terminate at the end of your current billing cycle.
