Access the Shoply Sales Channel App

From your Shopify Admin, navigate to the Shoply Sales Channel app or install it from the Shopify App Store.

Path: Shopify Admin → Apps → Shoply Sales Channel

Create Your Shoply Vendor Account

If you don't have a Shoply account yet, you'll be prompted to create one during the app installation.

  • Provide your business information
  • Set up your vendor profile
  • Accept the Seller Agreement and Terms
  • Account is auto-approved at launch

Connect Your Shopify Store

Authorize the connection between your Shopify store and Shoply marketplace.

What we access: Product data, inventory, pricing, and publication status. We do not access customer data or order information.

Start Your First Product Sync

Once connected, initiate your first product sync to publish products to the Shoply marketplace.

  • Products are automatically synced from your Shopify store
  • Monitor sync progress in real-time
  • Review any products with publication issues
  • Manage product visibility and pricing

Go Live on Shoply Marketplace

Your products are now live on Shoply! Customers can discover and purchase from your store.

Note: Orders are processed through your Shopify store. Shoply handles commission processing and monthly payouts.

Billing Integration: All billing is processed through Shopify's secure billing system. No separate payment setup required.

🔄 Product Syncing FAQ

How often do products sync?

Products sync automatically when changes are made in your Shopify store. You can also manually trigger a sync from the app dashboard.

What happens if a product has issues?

Products with issues (missing images, invalid pricing, etc.) will be flagged in the app. You can view detailed issues and fix them directly in your Shopify admin.

Can I control which products are published?

Yes! Use Shopify's bulk editor to manage which products are published to the Shoply sales channel. Access this directly from the app's Product Publishing section.

How do inventory updates work?

Inventory levels sync in real-time between Shopify and Shoply. When a sale occurs on either platform, inventory is automatically updated across both systems.

🗑️ Data Deletion Instructions

Uninstalling the App

To completely remove your data from Shoply:

  1. Go to your Shopify Admin → Apps → Shoply Sales Channel
  2. Click "Uninstall" or "Remove app"
  3. Confirm the uninstallation
  4. Your product data will be automatically removed from Shoply within 24 hours
  5. Any pending payouts will still be processed according to our terms
